Lisa Maternity Shoot

This photo(?) below is not really a photo anymore.....I just love the expression of love on her face so I took the photo and applied a painterly effect to it using Corel Painter...which is like an electronic version of a painters studio. It only took me a couple of hours...but what else you going to do on a Sunday! Click on it to see the "painterly" effect....it becomes more apparent up close.

The Kerby Family

The Kerby's are some very dear friend of ours from our neighborhood and have wanted me to do some photos of their family for a while...so here are the results...hope they are ok with these!

More Angelyn Photo's

This last week I got some backdrops, stands, a lite panel, a reflector holder and I thought I would try them out. So I rented a studio space at a place called Noah's in Lindon....great place! Check it out www.mynoahs.com

Anyhow here a few photos from my first real studio session...what fun. I know that I'm biased but dang she is just soooooo beautiful. Wow...she is really growing up huh!

Some Abstracts!

Abstract photography is something I enjoy doing. So here are a couple....

This first one is of , you guessed it, a water meter. I went for a walk one day and shot nothing but things on the floor....and this is one.
This one is a slide at a kids playground near our home. I just like the contrast in colors.

More auto photo's.....

Here are some photo's of one of my favorite subjects classic cars! The Pontiac Indian above was taken outside an old garage in Lehi, I loved the pitted rusty quality of this picture, and so I added this rough tattered edge to it to give it an even more rustic look....

This photo was taken at a local car show..I cropped it a bit, and enhanced the color in Photoshop, and then used Corel Painter IX to add this painted look to it...later on I will post the original see you can see a before and after.
This first one you may have already seen, and I just happen like it quite a bit. I hope you do too....
This photo was taken at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
Taken on Memorial Day 2007
